The home sales numbers for March are shown below. All sales are for Wake County, NC and include Raleigh, Wake Forest, Rolesville, Wendell, Zebulon, Knightdale, Garner, Willow Springs, Fuquay Varina, Holly Springs, Apex, Cary and Morrisville.
Looks like we are seeing improvement over last spring’s real estate sales as expected. The market is still soft in many of the outlying areas. I was poking around our MLS the other day and found that Morrisville was selling extremely well with new townhouses priced under $200k.
