Chatham Park Development Project Gets Approval

The Pittsboro town board met Monday night to vote on Preston Development Co.’s master plan for the massive Chatham Park development project. Four of five commissioners approved the request for what is believed to be the largest single development plan in North Carolina’s history, with the lone dissenting vote coming from Commissioner Bett Wilson Foley.
